Privacy notice

This notice explains what Software Demand does with the details you give us on this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and anything you write in the message box. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the buyer map you asked for, replying to a question, or arranging a call to walk you through what we found. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are used by Software Demand to deal with your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not follow you around the web.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it at any time. Write to susan.roberts@softwaredemand.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will act on it. If we have been in touch and you would like that to end, reply stop and we will not contact you again.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
